The Digismart hardware consists of several components that combined make sure your locker wall functions perfectly and is ready for all the smart possibilities. These components are the locks, for opening and closing locker doors, the Smarty (terminal with screen) which can be used by users and administrators, and the connectivity ware, which provides the connection between the Smarty and the locks. The Digismart hardware components form an easy to install solution to make all smart functionalities available on your locker wall.
For opening and closing the doors of your locker wall, Digismart has developed a unique 2-in-1 lock that can be used as either a Push2Open or a Pop2Open lock. Digismart is the only company that offers these specific types of locks.
The next important component and also seen as an eye-catcher of the locker wall is the terminal with touchscreen: the Smarty. However, locker walls can also be operated by the Digismart App or Digismart Online in which case you don’t need a touchscreen on your Smarty.
Digismart can handle the following RFID options and techniques: iCLASS, iCLASS SE/SR, iCLASS Seos, MIFARE Classic , MIFARE DESFire 0.6, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2 MIFARE Ultralight C, MIFARE Ultralight FeliCa (Idm) CEPAS (CAN) ISO 11443A/B, ISO15693 NFC Tag (1,2,3,4,5) T=CL, SmartMx, Student ID and Apple Wallet.
